Öffentliche Stimmauszählung - TOMTEC Betriebsratswahl 2022
In Zeiten von Corona sind Betriebsversammlungen in präsenzform nur schwer unter der Beachtung der Hygienevorschriften durchzuführen. Der Wahlvorstand führt die Auszählung am 30. März 2022 online via Teams sowie im großen Meetingraum durch.
Durch anklicken der Checkbox bestätige ich verbindlich, dass ich bei der Teilnahme an der Auszählung am 30. März 2022 per Videokonferenz
- zur Wahrung der Nichtöffentlichkeit dafür Sorge trage, dass ich mich allein in einem geschlossenen Raum befinde und dass ich sicherstelle das nur TOMTEC Angestellte Inhalte der Sitzung akustisch und optisch wahrnehmen können sowie das ich unverzüglich darauf hinweise, wenn doch eine weitere Person den Raum betreten sollte,
- zur Wahrung der Datenschutz- und Persönlichkeitsrechte keine Bild-/Tonaufzeichnungen oder Bildschirm-Hardcopys erstelle

Public Vote Count - TOMTEC Works Council Election 2022
In times of Corona works council meetings in present form are to be accomplished only with difficulty under the consideration of the hygiene regulations.
The Board of Elections will conduct the count on March 30, 2022 online via teams as well as in the large meeting room.
By clicking the checkbox, I confirm bindingly that if I participate in the count on March 30, 2022 via videoconference, I will
- and ensure that I am alone in a closed room and that I ensure that only TOMTEC employees can perceive the contents of the meeting acoustically and visually and that I inform immediately if another person enters the room,
- and protect data protection and personal rights, do not create image/sound recordings or screen hard copies
